Renowned for precision casting machinery engineering, CMS extends that same rigour to full EPC project delivery — from initial waste characterisation and process design through civil construction, fabrication, commissioning, and operator training.
With completed references in tyre recycling, aluminium recovery, and MSW/RDF production, CMS manages the complete project lifecycle in-house — ensuring cost control, quality consistency, and direct accountability from day one to handover.

Process Design & Engineering
Process flow diagrams, equipment sizing, layout design, utility requirements, and FOR REC technology specification.
Equipment Procurement
FOR REC primary technology plus complementary vendor selection, supply chain management, and factory quality inspections.
Civil, Structural & Fabrication
In-house steel structure fabrication, civil coordination, and platform and conveyor system manufacturing.
Site Installation
Supervised installation by CMS and FOR REC technical teams, including electrical, automation, and control system integration.
Commissioning & Acceptance
Cold and hot commissioning, performance testing against contracted KPIs, and a comprehensive operator training programme.
